About Ayi
Born February 21, 1994 in upstate NY, AYI has always been fond of the art of sound. From birds chirping to babies crying she has always found purpose in sound to song. Since a youngster, her mother would play music from Prince, The Neptunes, Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliot and many more unique artists. Good grooves was all she knew. Often free-styling with her older cousin and best friends, she was inspired by the amount of energy and creativity brewing in their minds.
