Myra Lee is a Brooklyn based alt-rock band made up of Tahlia Amanson (vocals/guitar), Aiden Velazquez (bass) and McCabe Teems (drums). In late 2025, after a year of the band's formation, a name change was decided upon. Formally known as Dino Expedition, Myra Lee was created as a rather fictional character/stage name, inspired from the likes of Cat Power's 1996 record. Headlined by Amanson’s elegant and polished vocals, the band also has a strong proclivity for eerie open tunings complemented by controlled guitar feedback, inspired by 90’s acts like Yo La Tengo, Pavement, Electrelane...
