FAQ Dashboard

How many seats can I have in my team?

For 1 Artist and 10 Artists subscriptions, a single seat is included.

For PRO subscriptions, one or more seats are included, depending on the number of accesses purchased.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes, you can get 2 month of any Soundcharts subscription for free by choosing an annual billing cycle at checkout

What is an Artist profile?

Artist profiles are dedicated pages where you can find all the data we gather on a specific artist. These pages are "locked" by default, meaning that you can only access the summary overview of the artist data. To enjoy full access to the artist profile you have to unlock it using one of your Artist Credits. In 28 days, you will be able to lock the page and get the credit back.

This limitation applies only to the plan - Soundcharts For Artists.

How do Teams work?

A team is a group of people sharing their access under the same plan.

The users in a team can be assigned various levels of rights: from admin to members to guests.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade/downgrade your plan at any moment through your settings. Team members can upgrade the plan to get additional artist credits, but only the admins can downgrade their plan. Guests have read-only access, and can't modify the current plan or unlock artist pages.

You have two ways to upgrade your plan:

  • Choose a new plan directly in your settings
  • If you exceed the artist credit quota of your current plan, you will receive an in-app message with an option to upgrade

In both cases, the upgrade automatically starts a new billing cycle. The unused period (months/days) of your current cycle will be automatically deducted from your new invoice.

In order to downgrade your plan, you need to adjust the number of unlocked artists to match the maximum number of artist credits allowed under your new plan first. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal
