About Steve Mazzaro
Composer Steve Mazzaro started out writing music for video game soundtracks before segueing into film scoring by his mid-twenties. A protégé of Hans Zimmer and member of the Remote Control Productions stable, he was one of the Magnificent Six credited on 2014's The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and he co-wrote the score for 2017's The Boss Baby with Zimmer. A native of Mentor, Ohio, Mazzaro began writing music at the age of 13, and moved to Los Angeles at 18 with the aim of becoming a professional film scorer.
