About Makeout Point
On new years eve of 2015, under the starry night sky, the fireworks, the cheering and the champagne-drinking, some long-time friends did the classic “Hey, let’s start a band” and Makeout Point was born. Through the years, the band has experimented with various forms of alternative guitar based music and been called everything from “Like The Cure, but happy!” to “indie violence”. With all this, they remain true to their core: lipstick smeared, wild at heart indie rock.
