About Mélanie René
Mélanie René, Swiss British singer songwriter and topliner, was chosen to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2015 in Vienna, Austria. After graduating from two UK music universities, ACM and BIMM, Mélanie came back to Switzerland for the Eurovision Song Contest national finale. Her song “Time to Shine”, her own composition, was voted both by the jury members and the audience as the song that would represent the country.
