About Jordy Waelauruw
Jordy Waelauruw, a Mollucan trumpet player and music producer based in Jakarta. His passion in music began at the age of 7 by exploring numbers of musical instruments and finally ended up choosing trumpet as his main instrument. He started his early musical career during his school time in Sekolah Menengah Music Perguruan Cikini by collaborating with some of the finest musicians in Indonesia, namely Trio Lestari (Glenn Fredly, Tompi, Sandhy Sandhoro), Barry Likumahuwa Project, KLA Project, Benny Likumahuwa Jazz Connection, RAN, Gugun Blues Shelter, and Raisa.
