About Cap Benson
Cap Benson born Donald Alexander Phillips is an American rapper from Camden, NJ. Raised by his father, Cap was introduced to the harsh reality of his surroundings very early. At the age of 8, he witnessed a murder outside of his home in the Washington Park Apartments on the east side of Camden. Years later, Cap and his father relocated to Atlanta, GA where he attended North Atlanta High School, Center for the Arts.
