About Dio Gin
Dio Gin was born & raised in Boston, Massachusetts. He started listening to Hip Hop at a young age with his main influences being Nas, Wu-Tang Clan, Redman & Black Thought. Dio Gin got his start in music when he joined local Hip Hop label Acuta Records in 2001 and became a member of the Pangea Pham releasing ‘The Pangea Project’ in 2005. As a solo artist Dio has released two mixtapes, an EP, and three albums including ‘February 9th’ (2010), ‘Have Mic, Will Travel’ (2010), ‘Escape From Home’ (2013), ‘The Lonely Hero’ (2019), ‘Made With Love’ (2022), and ‘The Peoples Champion’ (2024).
