My dad took his life in 2017. He never even got to see me perform. When I lost him I knew I had nothing else to lose, and started to pursue music seriously. I remember I had just lost my job. I came home from work and asked him how he was doing. He told me that he felt like killing himself. The next week he was gone. Before I knew it he was taken from me. I never even got to say goodbye.
