Thalamus produces and DJs a diverse collection of deep bass music fusing southern US hip-hop, UK-style dubstep, drum and bass (liquid and deep), and occasionally dark glitch hop. Most sounds are inspired by his experience growing up in the southeast US underground bass music scene, in addition to his fascination with neuroscience, psychology, and political activism.
