About Steve Murf
Steve Murf, born Stephen M. Murphy, originates from Atlanta, GA. He was introduced to music at a very early age, attending rehearsals of his parents’ singing groups on Friday nights. He would often lock himself in the bedroom that he shared with his older brother and sister and listened to cassette tapes of their first album until it warped. One of his favorite pastimes was to sit and watch Rap City with his brother and sister every day after school.
