Her Marigold is brothers Kevin and Matt Rumley. Bright and raucous, with a somewhat anguished folk tenderness, "Parallel Sessions," an album of B-sides and demos, was released in July of 2020, in advance of the band’s debut full-length album, "We Learn it to Forget It" (mixed and produced by Grammy-winning engineer/producer Jon Ashley). Vibrant, psychedelic and orchestral, Her Marigold has clearly polished their unique, expansive sound into something startlingly beautiful. The band’s cathartic sound is well earned.
