About Darlaa
DARLAA is a multi instrumentalist and dream pop songwriter based in New York. Her songs, crafted with melodic hooks and soft daydreamy vocals are inspired by pop music from the 50’s, 90’s and current indie pop. Originally starting out as a folk pop artist under the name of Darla Rose with her debut album The Beat of My Heart in 2007, she has now reemerged in the pop genre with her new EP Shadows using synths and electronic drum tracks to elevate her new dream pop sound.
