Yung LA (now known as LAbtw, real name Vaun Mayes) is a Milwaukee native, by way of Greenwood, MS. LA is a songwriter, artist, and battle rapper, but also is a prominent Activist and Public Figure recognized nationally for his community and youth work. Vaun's music is a mix of conscious rap, street tales, and lyricism. You can literally find something in his music arsenal for any and everybody.
