About Lia Kay
Lia Kay is a Canadian musician, singer & songwriter based out of Southern Ontario. A classically-trained pianist since age 7, Lia went on to compete all over Russia, winning various competitions and festivals. In 2001 Lia’s family relocated to Canada, where she continued her musical education through the Royal Conservatory of Music. At the same time she began composing songs by age 12. In 2011 Lia received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University where she studied classical piano with Christina Petrowska Quilico and Raisa Nakhmanovich.
