About This Side of Paradise
This Side of Paradise is a pop-punk/emo band based out of Nashville, TN. The band started with a chance conversation in an elevator between vocalist Bert Brokaw and guitarist Pat Flynn about the The Story So Far t-shirt that Pat was wearing. Both Bert and Pat discovered that they were both sitting on mostly-finished tracks with no outlet, including several that Bert had been working on with Jack Mason (Auxjack). They put these tracks together and recorded their debut EP “For the Second Time in a Long Time” with production by Jack and engineering by Jeff Gingrich (The 10x)
