About King Matty
Born and raised in the small town of Mission, just outside of Vancouver, Canada, and inspired by many local rappers, King Matty spent most of his time as a young teen writing and recording lyrics of his own. This soon became a dream of his and King Matty linked up with producer Mike Tone for his 2009 debut album, "Welcome 2 Tha Streetz" with features from San Quinn, Merkules and others.
