About Phronexis
Phronexis started as a one-man band, an old school-oriented Thrash Metal project from La Paz, Bolivia; created in 2017 by Alvin Phronexis (Álvaro Núñez) who is in charge of executing all instruments in the early days. The name of the band comes from the Greek term: "Phroneo" and means "Mindfulness"; Phronexis is a stylization of the word "Phronesis" that can be interpreted as "practical wisdom."
