icelandic ultrablue is a SETX-born shoegaze-esque alternative band began by Robert "grotto" Moody and Jayden Seal. The band name originates from the 2009 Adult Swim comedy skit Paid Programming, or more formally known as Icelandic Ultrablue, a parody advertisement for miracle pills. Jayden and Grotto took direct inspiration from this skit for their band name and first song, sampling a section of the infomercial on their first produced song, 805.
