About Harmonic Howl
Harmonic Howl is a group of three singers in Humboldt County comprised of two sisters, Noosh and Penner (jointly The Penner Sisters), and Ruby Ruth George (see Georgia Ruth), who also plays guitar. Initially formed to sing covers of songs written or championed by women, Harmonic Howl created an original anthem when Noosh wrote The Aisle in protest of the 2024 election results.
