MAYABAYU is a singer-songwriter from Borneo currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. She spent her childhood in the coastal state of Sabah, developing a passion for songwriting at a very young age and penning her first song when she was just eleven. Recently, Maya was selected as a finalist in Malaysia's inaugural Levi's Music Project, where she beat out over 200 entries and was the sole female finalist of the four acts.
