About Magpies
The Magpies band was originally formed in Dublin, Ireland, in 2012 by the Italian songwriter Pierpaolo Vitale (Sette, Prince Moth), David Blaney, frontman of Cat Palace and Sean Lay. Later on the guitarist Chris Barry (Myles Manley) and bass player Alice Grollero joined the band. They released their first album The Woody House in 2014. Consequently the bassist Steven Brennan replaced Alice Grollero and another member, Nick Boon, jumped on board bringing radio waves to the sound of the band by creating an handmade magnetic field.
