About Cassowarys
The Cassowarys launched themselves into the Brisbane garage/psych scene in 2018 with their debut Ep. ‘Cheers for the Boogie’. Recorded in the downstairs of their house in Everton Park they really took the DIY aspect of garage rock and ran with it. The Ep. includes fan favourites ‘Big Metal Fence’ and ‘Left Side Sneaky Cricket’ along side ‘Little Sister’ and ‘Piranha’ combining elements of Krautrock, Surf, Punk and unadulterated Rock and Roll.
