About Philipp Rohmer
Philipp Rohmer, geboren 1981 in Leipzig, aufgewachsen in Berlin. Nach einem Auslandsaufenthalt in Nashville, Tennessee, studierte er Jazzkontrabass an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater „Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy“ Leipzig bei Pepe Berns. Er spielt in zahlreichen Jazzensembles, schreibt Musik für Theater und Film und ist künstlerischer Impulsgeber verschiedener musikalischer Formationen.
