About Jan Metternich
Jan Metternich, born and raised in Mönchengladbach, Germany, began recording his first songs with a simple mobile recorder. At just 12 years old, he uploaded his debut music video to YouTube, marking the start of his online presence as an artist. With early musical influences from Ed Sheeran and later many more artists, he spent every afternoon teaching himself how to record, produce, mix and master music in Garage Band and later Logic Pro.
