Artist: Vic Monroe Location: Chicago, IL Vic Monroe found his love for creating at a very early age. He discovered Hip Hop in the 6th grade and immediately fell in love with the artform and culture. Hip Hop allowed him to create and express everything he was experiencing and everything he loved in the windy city of Chicago.
