About Adiaj
Not confined to any genre, Adiaj is a singer/songwriter from New Orleans with sounds reminiscent of the 70s funk, 00s hip-hop and classic pop while using unorthodox arrangements to create a modern sound. Adiaj began storytelling through writing and photography, before exploring sonic narratives. During COVID she picked up the bass and began recording music. Her upcoming EP “To, For, From Me” was recording during her time as an artist-in-residence with, Embassy Studios at Material Institute, and features the lead single Caught Up, and stand out tracks like About Me, and Know Me.
