JACEY is a stark and occasionally esoteric voice in the sphere of alternative r&b. dipping his toes in the shallows of as many of his influences as possible, the 21-year-old multi-hyphenate’s process acts as constant and desperate attempts to understand himself. just as well, his production style, even at its most laden with negative space, is layered, spectrally rich, and ripe with minutiae to be parsed out and focused on.
