About Tal Arbel
Tal Arbel is a viola da gamba artist, focusing on performing solo & chamber repertoire from the Middle ages (on vielle), the Renaissance and the Baroque, as well as promoting new music for the viol. Her performance career started at an early age as a recorder player, and having discovered the viola da gamba she studied with Myrna Herzog and Nima Ben David, before obtaining a Master degree from the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Switzerland, where she studied with Paolo Pandolfo.
