Jairus Ijale Otokpa is a Nigerian song writer and singer. Best known by the stage name "JayGlitz": a combination of the first letter of his name, and a personalized version of the word "glitter" as he believes that wherever he goes, he attracts attention; a feature that is common to glitters.
