Je rencontre le Yoga en 2009 à Austin,Texas grâce à Maranda Pleasant, une couchsurfeuse qui me prend sous son aile pendant 15 jours. Elle m’emmène à un cours d’ashtanga avancé sans me demander mon avis. Je ne comprends pas trop ce qui se passe mais je ressens une véritable plénitude lors de Savasana.
