About Kwela Tebza
Kwela Tebza is a South African Kwela musical group consisting of three brothers, Mpho, Tebogo, and Tshepo Lerole. The trio began performing in 1996, combining elements from Sophiatown and South African Jazz with contemporary beats and modern production techniques. Their debut album Kwela Tebza was released that same year. Kwela Tebza's subsequent albums include 6 Faces of Dr. Kwela (2000), King Kwela (2007), and Made in South Africa (2009).
