Paula Koivuniemi is a Finnish adult contemporary singer whose career spans several decades, peaking in popularity during the 1980s. Born on June 19, 1947, in Seinäjoki, Finland, she began her recording career in the '60s and scored her first hit single in 1966 with "Perhonen."
