About The Retro Spankees
A handful of reject space cadets from Northampton, England, Earth. The band were formed in 2002 by Charlie Wood, Jo Collis, Joshua Ryan and Robert Nesbitt. Their debut album I Know Who You Are But What Am I? (which is riddled with spelling mistakes thanks to whoever uploaded it, even the album title is wrong!) – an enthusiastic romp through two minute pop songs was released on Kooky Discs in 2006, followed by an EP dedicated to the late great Richard Whitely entitled Vowel Play which led to performances alongside gigging comrades Bearsuit, Misty's Big Adventure, Das Wanderlust, Appli...
