About Golden Daze
A Los Angeles-based indie outfit whose melodic dream pop is layered with '60s-inspired psychedelic elements, Golden Daze set up shop with the Autumn Tone label, delivering an eponymous 2016 debut which bore a more lo-fi patina, followed three years later by the slightly more polished Simpatico. Formed in 2013 by the songwriting duo of Ben Schwab and Jacob Loeb, the two friends bonded over shared influences and a mutual midwestern upbringing.
