About Solveig Slettahjell
Solveig Slettahjell is an award-winning Norwegian jazz singer who made her album debut in 2001 and known for her her Slow Motion Quintet, collaborations with among others Morten Qvenild, Tord Gustavsen and Knut Reiersrud. Over the last three years she has performed generally with her duo with drummer Pål Hausken as a singer and pianist. She has now formed a new jazz quartet with pianist Andreas Ulvo, bassplayer Trygve Waldemar Fiske and drummer Pål Hausken, their first album is expected late august 2030.
