About David Swanson
Born in San Bernardino, California, David began playing the piano and singing in the Baptist Church under his father’s guidance at the tender age of six. David studied at Cal State San Bernardino, George Fox University (Newberg Ore.) and American Conservatory of Music (Chicago, Ill.). His professional career took off in 1974 as a key-boardist for rock sensation Gary Wright opening for Peter Frampton.
