About Formika
Formika is an electronic music project formed in 2020 by British musicians Rhys Edwards (Astrel K / Ulrika Spacek ) & Robert Tebby. Debut album ‘They All Said No, Or No Reply’ was produced by exchanging stems via the messaging app Telegram during the corona pandemic. Both members never met in person during the process of making the album but came together through a shared love of electronic music, namely Aphex Twin, Autechre & Boards of Canada. The album is set for release in November 2022 via Stockholm experimental music label Maternal Voice.
