About Lio
Emile Laurent aka ''Lio'' is a 25-year-old artist from the Netherlands, born in Culemborg. There he grew up together with his mother and sister. ''My mother used to listen to a lot of RnB, Hip-Hop, Soul and Jazz. From there I also get my inspiration and try to combine these genres.'' Before his career switch, Lio worked as a music producer under the name Emile Laurent and worked for big international artists.
