Sonny Trill, born Cory Medlock, is a hip hop recording artist hailing from the south suburbs of Chicago. He began writing music at the age of 11. At 16 he decided to forgo music to pursue basketball and focus on academics. Unfortunately his love and desire for a career in music became too strong to deny. He left college and decided to do just that. Since then Trill has begun to create quite a buzz from his energetic, rockstar style performances.
