About Monroe
Monroe is a French producer based in DC. Learning from his father, he started on the drums at an early age and found an appreciation for rhythm before making it to double digits. He found inspiration in the sounds of Buddy Rich, Dave Brubeck, and eventually artists such as Anderson Paak, Smino and GoldLink. At the age of 13 Monroe moved away from his family for boarding school and further developed his own taste in music.
